BK1 (white)
This apron is based on a highly developed non woven fabric, incorporating micro denier fibres with a resilient foam filler. Best used as a long bottom apron for cotton and cotton blend yarns.
BK2 (black)
Basic material for this apron is 100% polyurethane with a toughened surface on a porous anti static base. Bottom aprons on long staple systems and for spinning of 100% synthetic yarns.
Both types of apron are excellent for core yarn production - unlike rubber aprons they have no reinforcing cords.
Reliable straight tracking and smooth turning around the nose bar is assured
Even in extreme conditions, condensation on these aprons is not a problem
No ozone cracking
BK1 & BK2 OPEN REPLACEMENT APRONS
These aprons are very convenient and reliable. The 6mm skived joint is easy to allign and pressure between finger and thumb is all that is necessary after activating the water based adhesive.
No dangerous solvents are needed.
